How do I enroll in the app?
Only a physician can enroll you in the application. If you are interested in joining ADLi, please provide this registration link https://app.adli-ad.com/ to your or your loved one’s physician.
How do I access the app?
ADLi for patients and caregivers is available on any web browser and on apps for iOS and Android devices. Please see the links below to access the web version or download the app to your device.

What is my login information?
Once a physician enrolls you in the app, you will receive an email with instructions to login and complete your profile. Your login information will include your email address and a password you create during this process.
I forgot my password. How do I login?
Please click the “Forgot Password?” button on the ADLi login page to receive a reset link to your email.
Provider
How do I register to use the app?
Click the “Create Account” button on the ADLi login page. You will be asked to use your ID.me account to verify your identity and complete your registration. If you do not have an ID.me account, you may create one on the ADLi provider app. You may use your ID.me login credentials every time you log into the app.
How do I enroll my patients and their caregivers in the app?
After you are logged in, click the “Enroll a new patient” button on your dashboard. You will enter your patient’s information along with any caregiver that should be enrolled. They will receive an email with instructions to complete their profile.
How do I access the app?
ADLi for providers is available on any web browser. Enter https://app.adli-ad.com/ in your browser to login. You may use the same link to register.
What is my login information?
You may use your ID.me login credentials to log into the app.
I forgot my password. How do I login?
Please click the “Forgot Password?” button on the ADLi login page. You will be redirected to ID.me’s password recovery process.
ID Verification
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Patients and caregivers that you enroll in the app will be sharing personal health information with you through assessments. Identity verification of physicians helps protect patient data, ensure patient safety, and prevent fraud.
What can I do if I have trouble with the ID.me identity verification process?
If you have any difficulty with the ID.me portion of the process, please submit a support request on the ID.me Help Center.
Privacy & Security
Is ADLi private and secure?
Your health data is secured in a cloud environment using state of the art security technologies. We follow standard data security principles that include Role Based Access Control (RBAC), the principle of least privilege, security firewalls, audit logging and vulnerability management programs to continuously monitor the security of your data. In both the cloud environment and when you are using the ADLi apps, the data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Has a 3rd-party reviewed ADLi’s privacy and security practices?
Yes. ADLi is powered by OtisHealth, an application platform which was evaluated and accredited by the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) and DirectTrust. OtisHealth’s TDRAAP-Comprehensive accreditation is a 3rd-party verification that we apply industry best practices for security and privacy, that we comply with all federal regulations, and that our application passed all tests to prove its interoperability with major electronic healthcare systems used by most hospitals. Is ADLi HIPAA Compliant?
Yes. ADLi, powered by OtisHealth, and our business processes were evaluated by the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) and are compliant with HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability Act) and all other federal and state regulations. What will you do with my data?
We do not sell your data. Our staff does not view nor manage your health information. OtisHealth uses your data to deliver health insights and services to you. This includes detailed healthcare suggestions, offering you discounts on health products and services, and offering you opportunities to participate in clinical research. We may share with Eisai Inc., the owner of ADLi, an aggregated or combined view of all user data which will not include any personally identifiable information. This aggregated data is used to understand how the apps are being used and ways we may support the Alzheimer’s community.
